Supply of spare parts for rail rolling stock and CITADIS tramway equipment repair and renovation services

Summary

Supply of spare parts for rail rolling stock and repair/renovation services for CITADIS tramway equipment under a three-lot framework agreement. Lot 1 covers spare parts for rolling stock; Lot 2 covers repair services for tram car equipment; Lot 3 covers renovation and repair services for the braking system equipment of the CITADIS tramway. The framework will be executed by issuing call-off orders and each lot may be awarded separately. The initial term is three years from 15 February 2027 or from the date of notification if later, with the possibility of two 12-month extensions. The maximum estimated contract amounts per lot are: Lot 1 EUR 2,286,000; Lot 2 EUR 987,000; Lot 3 EUR 1,053,000 (VAT exlcuded). The procurement procedure uses electronic submission; the tender submission deadline is 5 October 2026 at 12:00 local time (UTC+2). Up to three operators may be awarded under the framework agreement.
