Summary

This tender concerns a framework agreement for the realization and justification of local mapping of coastal retreat exposure (CLERTC) along the coastline of the Metropolis of Toulon Provence Méditerranée. The contractor will perform all necessary studies to produce and justify the CLERTC map in accordance with the Climate and Resilience Act of 22 August 2021 and national recommendations (BRGM-CEREMA, 2022), delineating areas exposed to two time horizons: 0-30 years and 30-100 years. The studies must provide TPM with a justified, reproducible, and legally robust map to enable its integration into urban planning documents.
