Supply of catering equipment to public secondary schools in the Pays de la Loire region – 5 lots

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of catering equipment to public secondary schools in the Pays de la Loire region through a single-supplier framework agreement divided into five lots: combi ovens; refrigerated and heated cabinets and blast chillers; food preparation equipment; tilting pans and cooking kettles; and dishwashing equipment. The framework agreement lasts 12 months and may be renewed three times for 12-month periods, with a maximum duration of 48 months. The estimated annual minimum and maximum values are EUR 40,000–400,000 for Lot 1, EUR 10,000–300,000 for Lot 2, EUR 5,000–200,000 for Lot 3, EUR 40,000–400,000 for Lot 4, and EUR 40,000–300,000 for Lot 5, excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically by 21 October 2026 at 12:00. Optional additional services are not mandatory and will not be evaluated. The agreement may be performed through purchase orders and subsequent contracts based on unit prices or fixed, unit or mixed pricing.
