Service concession for managing and operating an aviation fuel depot and refuelling aircraft at Montpellier-Méditerranée Airport

Summary

This service concession covers the operation of the aviation hydrocarbon storage and distribution facilities at Montpellier-Méditerranée Airport, including maintenance of the existing station. The concessionaire must store and distribute HVO fuel and distribute, refuel and supply aircraft with AFGAZ and Jet A1 fuels. The facilities must also be made available to other ground-handling providers under operational and financial conditions that preserve free competition. The estimated contract value is EUR 300,000,000, with an intended term from 7 March 2027 to 6 March 2039. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 2 October 2026 at 11:00; bids from candidates who do not attend will be declared irregular. A maximum of two representatives per candidate may attend, and the request to attend, together with a copy of each participant’s valid identity card or passport, must be sent at least 48 hours in advance. The bid must be submitted electronically by 9 November 2026 at 12:00.
