Telebadges supply and related services

Summary

Lot 4 covers the supply of telebadges and related services for the City of Cergy. It is a framework agreement with an estimated maximum annual value of 1,500 EUR excluding VAT. The telebadge quantity is approximately 5. Telebadge creation, management and renewal are handled via an online application; invoices are issued by email and Chorus. Delivery timelines and service standards follow the CCAP and CCTP documents. The contract starts on 01/01/2027 for an initial year, with up to three one-year renewals, for a total of four years. Deliveries and administration are carried out in accordance with the CCAP.
