The tender concerns the supply and delivery of permanent and temporary road signs for the various services of the Sarthe Department. It is divided into two lots and will result in two framework agreements without a minimum volume and with maximum amounts, each concluded with one economic operator and performed through purchase orders. The maximum amount per period is EUR 542,000 excluding VAT for permanent signage and EUR 132,000 excluding VAT for temporary signage. The estimated lot amounts are EUR 2,168,000 and EUR 528,000 respectively. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 11:30. Each bidder must provide free samples of the products listed in the tender documents. Price accounts for 50% of the evaluation, technical value for 40% and environmental value for 10%.
