Supply of electricity produced through collective self-consumption – central purchasing body

Summary

The tender covers the supply of renewable electricity to the delivery points of participating members in an extended collective self-consumption arrangement. The supplier must provide the electricity, manage and certify capacity and guarantees of origin, act as the balance-responsible party for injections, and arrange injection into the public distribution network. The contract has one lot and runs from 1 January 2027 through 31 December 2037, with a firm ten-year supply period. The participation deadline is 20 October 2026 at 12:00. Applications and tenders must be submitted electronically in French. The tender must include the required application documents, financial statements and turnover information, relevant references, a technical memorandum, a completed price schedule and a financial business model. Technical value carries 40% and financial value 60%. Variants are not allowed and tenders remain valid for 120 days.
