Construction of the Sports Palace at the Meilleraie site in Cholet – Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 19, 20, 21 and 23 – Open tender procedure

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a new sports palace and associated external landscaping in Cholet. The project includes a main sports arena with more than 6,000 seats, an additional sports hall, public and VIP areas, team and media facilities, and technical premises. The listed lots cover earthworks and foundations, structural steelwork, waterproofing, aluminium façades and joinery, metalwork, interior woodwork, plastering, heating, ventilation and sanitary plumbing, electrical systems, scenography, and external works. The planned construction period is 28 months, with works expected to start indicatively in March 2027.
