Organisation and delivery of elections for the partial renewal of the CARCDSF Board of Directors

Summary

The tender covers the full organisation and delivery of CARCDSF’s 2027 partial Board election. The services include designing, producing, personalising, printing, enclosing and routing the call for candidates and voting materials, as well as automated and confidential vote counting and the provision of attendance lists, results and departmental statistics. An estimated 59,400 voters are involved: 39,600 contributing dentists and 19,800 beneficiary dentists. The call for candidates is to be sent around 15 February 2027, voting materials around 10 May, and counting and proclamation of results will take place on 10 June 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 12:00 Paris time. Tenders will be assessed on technical quality worth 60 points and price worth 40 points; postage costs must be excluded from the tender price.
