Environmental conditioning of Processing Laboratories – Physical Testing

Summary

The contracting authority is procuring installation works and equipment for temperature and humidity conditioning in processing laboratories used for physical testing at the Centre Technique du Papier in Gières, France. The procurement comprises three lots: conditioning equipment for laboratories L1 1 and L1 3 with an estimated value of EUR 90,000 and a performance period from June to August 2027; conditioning equipment for laboratories A0 24 and A0 25 with an estimated value of EUR 120,000 and a performance period from January to June 2027; and replacement of three complete air-conditioning units in laboratories A0 11, A0 15 and A1 15 with an estimated value of EUR 240,000 and a performance period from October to December 2027. The total estimated value is EUR 450,000. The works include electrical cabinets, temperature and humidity sensors, heating and humidification systems, control interfaces and, for the third lot, complete air-conditioning units replacing an existing system. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10 November 2026 at 23:59, in French. Variants are allowed, and site visits are recommended by prior agreement. The tender must remain valid for 120 days.
