Maintenance of community green spaces

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of community green spaces, economic activity areas, wastewater treatment sites, stormwater and drinking-water facilities, and drinking-water catchment protection areas in the Loire Forez area. The services also include aquatic vegetation cutting and tree maintenance and pruning. The procurement is divided into 7 lots; a bidder may tender for up to 7 lots, but may be awarded a maximum of 2 lots. The submission deadline is 19 October 2026 at 12:00. The framework agreement is planned to start on 15 January 2027 and run for up to 4 years, including up to 3 one-year extensions. Tenders will be assessed on technical value (30%), sustainable development (10%) and price (60%). Lot 1 is reserved; lots 2–5 require a one-week annual company placement for an eligible person, while lots 6 and 7 include social inclusion requirements of 840 and 270 hours per year respectively.
