Design, factory manufacture and delivery of modular structures for accommodating seasonal staff and employees

Summary

The tender covers the design, factory manufacture and delivery of modular structures for accommodating seasonal staff and employees in Carcans. It is divided into three lots: two modular structures, each comprising five adjoining accommodation units of at least 9 m²; one modular structure comprising four adjoining accommodation units of at least 9 m²; and a 35–40 m² family accommodation unit with three bedrooms, a common room, kitchen, toilet and shower room. The structures must remain temporary, reversible and easily relocatable, without permanent anchoring to the ground. The contracting authority will prepare the sites and carry out the utility connection works; the contractor will be responsible for transport from the factory, unloading and crane or lifting operations. All structures must be delivered by 30 April 2027 at the latest. The bid submission deadline is 20 October 2026 at 12:00, and bids must be submitted electronically.
