Transport and recovery of sorted materials from separate collections

Summary

The tender covers the transport and recovery of separately collected plastic, fibre and metal materials in three separate lots. Bidders may apply for one or more lots, but a separate tender must be submitted for each lot. The contract runs for one year from 1 January 2027 or from notification and may be renewed once, for a maximum duration of two years. Materials must be collected from the sorting centre no later than three days after a collection request. The annual quantity for Lot 1 is 1,000–3,500 tonnes, for Lot 2 it is 7,000–14,000 tonnes, and for Lot 3 it is 400–1,000 tonnes; the same ranges apply in a possible second year. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation awards 70 points for the recovery price and 30 points for technical value, covering the organisation of transport and recovery, the environmental solution, and communication with the contracting authority and users.
