Assistance from a jewellery and watchmaking expert for DNID's movable-property sales division

Summary

The procurement concerns a six-lot framework agreement for expert services covering the appraisal of jewellery, precious metals, bullion, watches and other luxury goods, the issue of certificates of authenticity where appropriate, and advice to DNID on organising sales of these items. The framework agreement will have one contractor per lot, initially for two years, with two possible one-year extensions; the maximum duration is four years.
