Framework agreement for maintenance services for landscaped and natural community green spaces of community interest

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for maintaining landscaped and natural green spaces in the CC Estuaire et Sillon area. The services include, among other things, maintaining and cleaning areas around buildings, business and parking areas, pavements, verges, ditches, planted areas, grassed areas, stabilized surfaces, grounds and embankments. The work includes trimming, brush cutting, shredding, mowing, grass cutting, weed control and removal of residues. The procurement is divided into three lots: the western sector for 12 months from 9 September 2026, the eastern sector for 12 months from 11 January 2027, and a third lot for 36 months. A tenderer may submit bids for and be awarded a maximum of two lots; Lot 3 is reserved for the employment of disabled or disadvantaged workers. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 12:00 and must remain valid for 180 days. The framework agreement may have up to three contractors.
