Insurance contracts for the joint purchasing group of the Municipality and CCAS of La Richardais

Summary

The open tender seeks insurance contracts for the joint purchasing group formed by the Municipality and CCAS of La Richardais. It is divided into four lots: property damage and related risks; liabilities and related risks; motor vehicles and related risks; and legal protection for the municipality, employees and elected officials. Bidders may apply for one, several or all lots, with a separate tender for each lot. The contracts will start on 1 January 2027 and run for 60 months, until 31 December 2031. The application must include the required company information, turnover for the last three years, technical and human resources, qualifications, certificates and relevant references. The successful bidder must provide social and tax certificates within five days of request.
