Document envelope preparation services for the Department

Summary

The Hauts-de-Seine Department is procuring services to prepare documents of all types for dispatch. The work includes receiving or collecting documents, optional storage and stock reporting, enclosing documents, printing and affixing address labels based on files or pre-printed label sheets supplied by the Department, and delivering the prepared documents to the Department's mail service. The single-provider framework agreement has an initial one-year term, renewable three times for one year each, with annual minimum and maximum values of €10,000 and €50,000 excluding VAT.
