Restoration of the roof and weatherproof envelope of the central block of Lunéville Castle

Summary

The Meurthe-et-Moselle Departmental Council is procuring restoration works to the roof and weatherproof envelope of the central block of Lunéville Castle. The contract is divided into nine separately awarded lots covering scaffolding, masonry and stonework, timber framing, roofing, sculpture, ironwork, bell works, electrical work, and plumbing and HVAC. The works are expected to take 20 months, excluding a two-month preparation period and the 12-month defects-liability period.
