Training on user relations (T2E)

Summary

CNFPT is procuring training on user relations for its Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur delegation under a framework agreement divided into two lots: the reception officer profession, and communication techniques for preventing and managing conflicts in reception situations. Training will take place in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. The agreement runs for one year and may be renewed for up to three additional one-year periods; the annual maximum is €60,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and €120,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2.
