Pilot programme for certification-oriented training pathways for third-country nationals

Summary

IPERIA is procuring services under the PARC'DOM project to deliver in-person, certification-oriented vocational training pathways for third-country nationals in three regional lots: Île-de-France, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The work includes sourcing and preselecting participants, collecting eligibility documents, coordinating with IPERIA advisers, and delivering training and associated assessments, including language, digital, citizenship, workplace first-aid and certification-preparation modules. Each lot is expected to include three cohorts of 12 participants over the contract period: one in 2027 and two in 2028. Each lot is a separate framework agreement, with up to three operators per lot.
