Procurement of office supplies and customized paper documents

Summary

The Normandy Region is procuring office supplies, envelopes, customized paper items (business cards, correspondence cards and letterhead), and stamps through four separate framework-agreement lots. Each agreement has an initial one-year term, with up to three renewals, and no minimum order quantity; the maximum per period is €95,000 for office supplies, €15,000 for envelopes, €10,000 for customized paper items and €3,000 for stamps, excluding VAT. The estimated total across all periods is €492,000. Deliveries may be made across Normandy and to the Region’s offices abroad, including Brussels.
