Municipal premises cleaning services

Summary

The Municipality of Chantilly is procuring cleaning services under a single-supplier framework agreement divided into three lots: window and carpet cleaning at municipal premises; cleaning of public buildings; and cleaning of sports buildings. The scope also includes cleaning the Manse car park lift and the station toilets, as well as the equipment and products needed to perform the services. The maximum value for the full term, including renewals, is EUR 200,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1, EUR 250,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2, and less than EUR 250,000 excluding VAT for Lot 3; no minimum value is specified. The initial period runs from notification of the agreement until 31 December 2027, with tacit 12-month renewals possible up to three times.
