Renewal, reinforcement and extension of drinking water, wastewater and stormwater networks

Summary

Colmar Agglomération is procuring works to renew, reinforce and extend drinking water, wastewater and stormwater networks and service connections in its territory. The multi-supplier framework agreement will have four contractors, with work assigned through purchase orders on a rotation basis. There is no minimum amount; the maximum is €5 million excluding VAT per year, with maximum allocations of €2 million, €1.5 million, €1 million and €500,000 for contractors ranked first to fourth. The initial period runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027 and may be renewed three times for one year each, for a maximum total duration of four years and an estimated overall value of €20 million.
