Fire prevention, incident response and alarm management services at the Toulon and Tourris pyrotechnic sites

Summary

The procurement covers continuous fire-prevention services, including patrols and inspections of fire extinguishers and fixed fire-fighting equipment, as well as responses to fires and accidents, assistance and rescue, and remote monitoring of fire and intrusion alarms at the Toulon and Tourris pyrotechnic sites. The same types of services may also be ordered for brush-clearing operations and hazardous works. The composite contract combines continuous services with on-demand services for up to four years, starting from 1 May 2027; its estimated total value is EUR 3,542,692.64 excluding VAT, with an annual maximum of EUR 1,053,500 excluding VAT.
