Green Space Maintenance Services at Inria Headquarters in Rocquencourt

Summary

Inria is procuring green-space maintenance services at its Rocquencourt headquarters through a single-supplier framework agreement with no lots. Work includes maintaining regularly managed lawns, extensively managed meadows and slopes, shrubs and hedges, perennial and annual planting beds, drains and external circulation areas, vegetation around the water tower, and wire fences, including collection and removal of green waste. Estimated quantities include 22,004 m² of regularly maintained areas, 15,306 m² of extensively managed areas, 1,705 linear metres of hedges, and maintenance of the other listed areas. The agreement runs for 12 months and may be renewed twice for 12 months each, for a maximum of three years; it has no minimum value and a maximum value of EUR 250,000 excluding VAT.
