Installation, replacement and renovation of heating and ventilation equipment in public buildings

Summary

Morbihan Energies is procuring a framework agreement for works to install, replace and renovate heating and ventilation equipment in public buildings in the Morbihan department. The three lots cover biomass heating, with a maximum value of €4 million excluding VAT; electric, hybrid and small-scale geothermal heating solutions, with a maximum of €8 million; and ventilation, with a maximum of €3 million. The combined maximum value is €15 million excluding VAT. Each lot has an initial 12-month term, renewable three times for 12 months each, up to a maximum total duration of 48 months.
