Subscription to a construction insurance framework agreement

Summary

COMUE de Toulouse, acting for the University of Toulouse, INSA Toulouse and the Toulouse community of universities and institutions, is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for construction insurance. Project-specific orders will include mandatory structural damage insurance and may also cover construction all risks, intermediate damage, non-performing builder, collective ten-year liability and the project owner’s civil liability. The four-year agreement runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2031, with a maximum value of EUR 2,000,000 and no minimum commitment.
