Organisation of the CAMIEG Board Election by Electronic and Postal Voting

Summary

CAMIEG is procuring the material and technical organisation of its board election using both electronic voting and postal voting. The single, non-lotted framework agreement covers project management, a secure voting and electoral-roll consultation platform, preparation and dispatch of voting materials, voter assistance, ballot counting and reporting for approximately 307,000 voters. The estimated contract value is €400,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum of €650,000 excluding VAT.
