Summary

Île-de-France Region is procuring educational materials and digital learning platform services for approximately 686 public and private secondary schools, serving around 500,000 students. Lot 1 covers digital educational resources, digital and paper textbooks, digital and paper workbooks and supplies, non-school books, catalogue management, ordering, delivery, support and usage reporting; its maximum value is €40 million excluding VAT for each two-year period. Lot 2 covers an aggregator and assembly/distribution platform for digital documents and educational content, including initialization, migration, user support and training, reporting, additional development and transfer services; its maximum value is €12 million excluding VAT for each two-year period. Each lot runs for an initial two years and may be renewed once for a further two years.
