Valenciennes Métropole is procuring the renovation of Le Boulon, the National Centre for Street Arts and Public Space, on Rue Charles Longuet in Vieux-Condé. The 11 lots cover demolition; structural works and steel and timber framing; roofing, waterproofing and cladding; external joinery and metalwork; internal joinery, plastering and suspended ceilings; plumbing, sanitary, heating and ventilation works; electrical works; solar-panel roofing; floor coverings and painting; public lighting, street furniture and landscaping; and the supply and installation of telescopic stands and mobile seating. Most lots have a planned duration of 12 months; the electrical works and public-realm works lots have planned durations of 20 months.
