Technical assistance for preparing the 2028–2034 strategic plan

Summary

GECT Eurorégion Nouvelle-Aquitaine Euskadi Navarre is procuring technical assistance to evaluate its 2021–2027 strategic plan and prepare and support implementation of its 2028–2034 plan. The single, un-lotted contract covers an evaluation and forward-looking diagnosis, consultation and development of shared priorities, preparation of the new strategy, and a monitoring, impact-measurement and evaluation framework with indicators and a roadmap. Deliverables also include an executive summary and presentation materials; the contract lasts 13 months and has a maximum value of €60,000 excluding VAT.
