Supply and installation of thermal comfort equipment in buildings open to the public

Summary

The City of Issy-les-Moulineaux is procuring, in three lots, equipment to improve thermal comfort in buildings open to the public: fixed air-to-air heat pumps, external solar-protection films, and external and internal solar-protection equipment. The four-year, multi-supplier framework agreement has no minimum spend and maximum amounts of EUR 10,000,000 excluding VAT for heat pumps, EUR 2,500,000 for external films, and EUR 1,500,000 for other solar-protection equipment.
