The National Forestry Office is procuring, under a multi-supplier framework agreement, site preparation and forest-tree planting services on the Toulouri plots in Regina, French Guiana. The work covers setting out planting rows, preparing planting holes, transporting and fertilising seedlings, planting and replacement planting on a single site of approximately 13.8 hectares. Estimated quantities over three years include setting out 65.6 ares, planting 7,500 seedlings in pots of up to 1 litre and 7,500 in larger pots, and 3,000 replacement seedlings; the agreement has no minimum spend and a maximum of €66,500 excluding VAT per year.
