Maintenance of Fire Detection Systems for the GHT

Summary

The Estuary of the Seine Territorial Hospital Group is procuring maintenance of fire-safety and fire-detection systems at its member hospitals and care facilities under a four-year framework agreement with a total maximum value of €2,000,000 excluding VAT. The contract is divided into six separately awarded lots: DEF equipment at Le Havre (two lots), ASD, Siemens, Chubb, and AVISS–Nugelec and other equipment. Work includes corrective and preventive maintenance, technical on-call support, periodic inspections, smoke-extraction tests and flow measurements, battery replacement every four years, spare parts, system extensions and programming, and modifications. Optional services include total-guarantee coverage for selected facilities, detector refurbishment of 15% of the installed base per year, an annual on-site technician, and an upgrade to the J. Monod site’s operating support unit.
