Support for the Data Governance and IT Roadmap Project

Summary

La Fémis is seeking consulting services to support its data governance and IT roadmap project. The work includes mapping the School’s value chains and processes, selecting and studying five priority processes, preparing a data and tools master plan covering compliance and target IT architecture, and producing a costed, prioritised roadmap for the next two to three years. The assignment also includes identifying two to three quick improvements, internal communications and related deliverables. The contract is not divided into lots, has a maximum duration of ten months, and the planned mission itself is approximately six months.
