The City of La Rochelle is procuring renovation works for the Children and Nature Centre at 32 Rue Marius Lacroix, La Rochelle, divided into 10 lots: asbestos removal; structural works; roofing; timber framing and external joinery; plastering and internal joinery; electrical works; plumbing and HVAC; floor and wall tile finishes; painting and curtains; and metalwork. The works are priced as lump sums and are expected to take seven months, including a one-month preparation period.
