Project management assistance for the first Local Housing Programme in the Médoc Atlantique area

Summary

The Communauté de Communes Médoc Atlantique is procuring consultancy services to develop its first Local Housing Programme for the territory. The 42-month contract comprises a firm tranche for a housing and territorial diagnosis and strategic orientations, followed by an optional tranche to prepare the action programme and support the authority through approval of the programme. The optional tranche is to be activated after the community council validates the strategic orientations and no later than three months after presentation of phase 2.
