Floor-covering works in buildings with asbestos constraints

Summary

The CHU Caen Normandie and Falaise Hospital are procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for floor-covering works in their buildings where asbestos constraints apply. Work orders will cover removal of existing floor and wall finishes, substrate preparation, and the supply and installation or repair of flooring and wall finishes, including PVC, ceramic tiles, anti-slip and sports flooring, shower-room systems, stair finishes and related fittings. There are no lots; the annual maximum is €46,000 excluding VAT for CHU Caen Normandie and €7,000 for Falaise Hospital, or €53,000 in total. The initial term is 2027, with up to three 12-month renewals, ending no later than 31 December 2030.
