Design and project management for the rehabilitation and extension of the former gendarmerie in Croisilles

Summary

The Communauté de Communes du Sud-Artois is procuring design and project management services for the rehabilitation and extension of the former gendarmerie at rue Albert Michel in Croisilles. The single-lot scope covers the studies and design, authorisation applications, assistance with works procurement, design reviews, construction supervision, handover and mandatory works planning and coordination. The works contractors will prepare the execution studies, which are subject to the project manager’s review.
