Transport, handling and logistics services for heritage, fragile or valuable objects

Summary

The City of Marseille is procuring transport, handling, packaging, installation, packing, storage, logistics and related services for heritage, fragile or valuable objects, including works of art of any material, weight or size, for loans, borrowing, deposits, acquisitions and restoration in France and abroad. Lot 1 covers permanent collections and exhibitions under a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, for an initial 12 months, renewable annually up to three times. Lot 2 covers temporary exhibitions with national and international loans under a multi-supplier framework agreement with subsequent contracts, for 48 months. Certain movements are excluded where a lender or partner imposes the provider, or where a co-organised exhibition requires a partnership agreement.
