Project-owner assistance services for CASA’s quality-of-life responsibilities

Summary

Communauté d'Agglomération Sophia Antipolis (CASA) is procuring project-owner assistance services for its quality-of-life responsibilities under a three-lot framework agreement. The lots cover technical assistance for drinking water, sanitation, and water and flood-management projects; financial and tax assistance; and legal assistance. Each lot has an initial one-year term, renewable up to three times. The maximum framework amounts are €2.6 million for Lot 1 and €400,000 each for Lots 2 and 3; the notice also specifies annual maximum amounts of €650,000, €100,000 and €100,000 respectively.
