Est Ensemble is procuring the operation of the Anatole Circular and Solidarity Economy Excellence Hub (PEECS) in Romainville as a single, unallotted service contract. The scope covers management of the waste collection centre and resource hub, coordination with the circular-activity hub, and site maintenance. It also includes reuse and materials recovery activities and an annual programme of 40 awareness workshops and 4 repair workshops. The contract has no minimum order value and a maximum value of €8,000,000 excluding VAT; its initial term is three years, with one possible one-year renewal.
