Environmental assessment for revision of the intermunicipal urban development and housing plan (PLUiH)

Summary

Bretagne Porte de Loire Community is procuring an environmental assessment for the revision of its intermunicipal urban development and housing plan (PLUiH), together with ecological field studies for development sites across its territory. The work includes assessing environmental effects, preparing mitigation measures and monitoring indicators, checking consistency with higher-level planning documents, documenting wetlands, and supporting statutory consultation procedures. The composite contract has no lots: the fixed-price services are planned for 24 months, while the order-based ecological studies form a 12-month framework agreement with a maximum value of EUR 80,000 excluding VAT.
