Supply of audiovisual equipment and associated services

Summary

The French ministries responsible for education, higher education and research, sports, youth and community life are procuring audiovisual equipment and related services for their central administrations under a two-lot framework agreement lasting up to 48 months. Lot 1 covers audiovisual integration of rooms, including design, equipment, installation, configuration, training and maintenance; its estimated value is €2.1 million excluding VAT, with a maximum of €5 million. Lot 2 covers the supply of audiovisual equipment, with related corrective maintenance; its estimated value is €500,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum of €1 million. The agreement has no minimum spend and an initial term of 24 months, renewable in 12-month periods.
