Framework agreement for school transport for pupils and students with disabilities in the Vichy and Cérilly–Cosne-d’Allier areas

Summary

The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region is procuring school transport for pupils and students with disabilities who live in the Allier department, using light vehicles rather than medical transport vehicles. The one-year framework agreement, starting with the 2027/2028 school year, is divided into two lots: Vichy and Cérilly–Cosne-d’Allier. Lot 1 requires at least two light vehicles, each able to carry at least one electric or manual wheelchair; Lot 2 requires at least three light vehicles, including one with eight passenger seats, excluding the driver.
