Technical inspections of fixed equipment in municipal buildings

Summary

The Municipality of Carcassonne is procuring mandatory periodic regulatory inspections of fixed installations in municipal buildings. The scope includes electrical installations, fire safety systems and related smoke-control equipment, lifts, heating, gas, air conditioning, air-handling units, cooking equipment and pressure equipment; work and sports equipment and machinery are excluded. The contract covers the municipality for four years, from 1 January 2027 or, if later, the date of notification, until 31 December 2030.
