Technical engineering assistance for construction of the Ermitage temporary educational facility

Summary

SPL Martinique Aménagement et Équipement is procuring multidisciplinary technical engineering assistance for the construction of the Ermitage temporary educational facility in Fort-de-France. The single, unallotted contract covers structural, building-services, heating and ventilation, electrical, photovoltaic, acoustic and fire-safety engineering support through the design, procurement, construction and handover phases. The facility is an approximately 3,615 m² Type R public-access building in seismic zone 5; the planned contract period is 26 months. The architect’s architectural design mission remains separate.
