Structural and Building Envelope Studies and Diagnostics

Summary

EPAURIF is establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement for studies, diagnostics, advice and expert services concerning existing building structures and the building envelope and roof, mainly in the Île-de-France region. Assignments may include foundation, floor, wall, façade, window, roof and interior-element investigations; structural and fire-resistance calculations; and reports with recommendations or repair-cost estimates. The agreement has no lots, runs for up to four years, and has a maximum value of €3 million excluding VAT; up to three suppliers may be appointed.
