Summary

Est Ensemble is procuring the operation and management of the Anatole Centre of Excellence for the Solidarity Circular Economy (PEECS). The services cover management of the PEECS waste collection centre and resource hub, coordination with the circular activities hub, and maintenance and upkeep of the site. The single-lot framework agreement will run for three years, with a possible one-year extension, and has a maximum total value of EUR 8,000,000 excluding VAT.
