Procurement of an open-access digital learning solution

Summary

The French Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection Authority (ASNR) is procuring, in one lot, a digital learning solution for its staff under a single-supplier framework agreement. The licensed content catalogue may include e-learning, talks, podcasts and role-play. The scope also covers implementation and integration with ASNR’s Talentsoft learning platform, administrator training, support, reporting and, where ordered, online conferences and webinars. The framework has no minimum spend and a maximum value of €200,000 excluding VAT over a maximum term of 48 months.
